The time has come to sign-up for the Spring YFLA Educational event: Fraud & Order: From Dawn Raid to Jury Verdict, generously hosted by QEB Hollis Whiteman Chambers.

Navigating a fictional case study, three speakers will offer practical insights from the earliest stages of a fraud investigation through to trial preparation, contrasting TV scripts with real-world strategic decision-making. After a discussion covering dawn raids, voluntary and compelled interviews and common complexities that arise for defence and prosecution teams alike, the event will conclude with a Q&A and opportunity to network.
