Dear all,

If you haven't heard already, the new YFLA year has begun and I am very pleased to be serving as your Chair for this coming year. A very warm welcome or welcome back to you all.

As membership runs from 1st October through to 30th September each year, if you haven't yet renewed, I would encourage you to do so, to make sure you get the most out of your membership. You can sign up directly on our website. If you have any problems with signing up, please email our Membership Secretary Natalie - membership@yfla.com - and we'll seek to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

As with last year, we will be offering free membership to all pupil barristers and trainee solicitors. Please contact our Membership Secretary directly if you would like to take advantage of this offer in order to receive a coupon code for the website.

Each year we aim to host four fantastic social events and four fascinating educational events, covering a range of civil and criminal fraud matters, so there's plenty to look forward to. There's also our regular YFLA newsletter, providing useful insights and updates, for which contributions and articles from all members are invited.

Kicking things off for this new year, I'm very pleased to announce our Winter Social will be held on Wednesday 29th November, kindly sponsored by Forcyd. More information to follow, but for now, save the date!

The whole Committee will continue to work hard in the year ahead to make sure that the YFLA remains both useful and enjoyable for all our members. To that end, if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact me or any of the Committee directly.

And finally, if you haven't already, you can also follow us on LinkedIn to keep up to date with our news and events.

I look forward to seeing you at a YFLA event soon!

Best wishes,

Rebecca
